Rental Home Description:

Mayflower Court is a wonderful 4,000 square foot luxury rental home in Aspen Colorado. Upon entry to this magnificent home, you are welcomed into a carefully proportioned great room – spacious but not cavernous. Ideal for two, but still perfect for large scale entertaining, the great room is styled for comfort and relaxed living. Stone floors with oriental area rugs are warmed by radiant heat. A carved stone fireplace (gas lit) is the main focus of the room and provides an extra warm glow to the beauty of the interiors. Massive windows allow for awesome views of Aspen Mountain.

The main level of this home consists of the great room, an elevated dining room with seating for 10, and a beveled mirrored powder bath that will make your guests "ohh and ahh." The open kitchen is a chef's delight and allows for casual dining. Equipped to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple snack, the kitchen has a stainless steel Viking gas stove with grill, a commercial style hood with warming lights, two ovens, trash compactor, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, and granite counter tops. A split bedroom plan is featured on this main floor. The master suite is situated on the south side of the home and includes a king bed, fireplace (gas lit), sitting room with views of Aspen Mountain, toilet closet, dual vanities with granite counter tops, towel warmers, and a large Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

The VIP suite is on the north side of the main level. The interiors of the suite include two double beds – sleeps four – and private bath with two completely separate granite vanities, an over-sized glass enclosed shower, toilet closet, and walk-in closet. This suite features a private outside patio located on the front of the house and has a direct access to the outside hot tub/backyard patio.

The interiors of the second floor include two additional guest suites that are also on a split bedroom plan. Both guest suites include queen beds, private baths, and beautiful mountain views. Making for maximum convenience, a second-story laundry room is provided with two washers and two dryers.

Featured in all the bedrooms are color televisions with cable access. Individual climate and sound system controls are available in all major rooms and bedrooms. The back patio is fabulous and will delight everyone who has an opportunity to enjoy its amenities. Beautiful teak outdoor furniture, fireplace, Viking stainless steel gas grill, and hot tub can be enjoyed within a lushly landscaped setting.
